Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide within Malaysia

* At this moment, we only ship some products internationally.

When will I receive my order?
All items are shipped to us first for authentication and verification prior to delivery to our customers. As per our consolidated shipment approach, the estimated Pickup/Posting Date is on 18th/28th of the month (date will auto push out to immediate working day if it falls on Sat/Sun/Holiday). Please be reminded that Pickup/Posting Date is an estimate, and not guaranteed, as shipments may be affected by weather-related delays or events beyond our control. If delay happen, we will notify you by sending an email with an explanation and estimated shipping date.

Where and When can I pick up my items?
As of current, there is 2 pickup locations in Penang in case customers choose to pick up instead of postage. The 2 locations are:
(a) Mano Plus Penang ( 37A & 37B, Beach St, 10300 George Town, Penang)
(b) The Warung (145, Victoria Street, 10300 Georgetown, Penang)

You will be notified via email when your items are ready for pickup. It is estimated on 18th/28th of the month.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
No, unfortunately we do not allow shipping address to be changed once your order has been placed.
But if you key in your shipping address wrongly, you may correct it by sending us an email @ : yourorder@nulounu.com.

I placed an order, but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What do I do?
Please email us at yourorder@nulounu.com. We will respond within 1 business day and will provide update to you whether your payment has gone through. We will thereafter advise how to proceed with your order.

How do I track the status of an order?
We will send you email once your order is being received and processed. We will send you second email when your order is ready to be shipped out, and for you to either picked up from Pickup Spots or receive from shipping agent. You will be provided with tracking number if you select to have your order shipped when order was placed.

Are your packages insured?
Yes, if you choose to have your order shipped, your packages are insured.

What happens if my order arrives late?
We’ll try our best to contact you if our shipping agent is running late. However, if you haven’t heard from us, please contact us at yourorder@nulounu.com.

Do you offer faster shipping options?
At the time being, we offer Standard Shipping for all our orders.

I never received my order. What do I do?
Please email us at yourorder@nulounu.com. We will respond within 1 business day and will provide update to you on the status of your order. We will thereafter advise how to proceed with your order.
